Job Title: Finance Transformation Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana across our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering business benefits through the successful delivery of finance components of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 Hana across the organization, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders and project team members.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the IS project manager to ensure seamless integration of technical and business changes.
  • Develop and implement finance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP S/4 Hana functionality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering multiple end-to-end projects, preferably based on the SAP S/4 Hana platform.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful project delivery, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules relevant to the organization's processes (OTC, RTR, P2P, TCM, Manufacturing and Logistics etc...).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with the ability to quickly establish credibility with business leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Flexible and proactive attitude and open to change.
  • Skills in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements and best practices in SAP projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.
  • Understanding of global business practices and multi-cultural considerations, especially for multinational organizations.
