Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Professional to join our team at Gi Group. As a Personal Assistant to our director, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the director, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the director.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Maintain and manage the director's diary, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments, meetings, and engagements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minute taking.
  • Ensure the director is well-prepared for meetings by organizing necessary documents and information.
  • Assist with correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
