Role Overview

The Strategic Growth Director will play a pivotal role in shaping Zaizi's strategic direction, driving growth, and innovation. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading go-to-market planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business strategies, working closely with the CEO and Club Leadership to ensure alignment with Zaizi's mission and values.
  • Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, supporting growth in existing business areas and developing new ones.
  • Innovation and Growth Initiatives: Spearhead innovation and growth initiatives, exploring new technologies, services, and business models to enhance Zaizi's competitive edge.
  • Market Engagement: Lead Zaizi's go-to-market activities, collaborating with Clubs and the Marketing team to engage with industry and client events.
  • Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, technology providers, and other stakeholders to expand Zaizi's capabilities and market reach.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, leading cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic objectives, ensuring Zaizi is on track to achieve its goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities, to build strong relationships and align Zaizi's services with public sector needs.

Role KPIs

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted revenue growth through strategic initiatives, new service offerings, and expansion into new markets.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop a targeted number of new strategic partnerships with public sector entities and technology providers.
  • Client Acquisition: Achieve targeted new client wins and engagement activities.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain or improve customer satisfaction levels, as measured by net promoter score (NPS) or similar metrics.

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on various projects, requiring employees to be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction, we can currently only recruit candidates who are British passport holders.
