Job Description

Our client, a prestigious skincare brand, is seeking a seasoned Strategic Growth Director to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This role involves managing the company's financial performance to ensure sustainable growth aligned with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Profit & Loss statements to drive growth and profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities, expanding into new accounts strategically
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop in-store and digital plans aligned with retailer calendars
  • Monitor account inventory levels to minimize stockouts and optimize sales
  • Analyze the impact of paid programming, such as COOP advertising and sampling initiatives
  • Manage field visits with retail partners to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth
  • Analyze sales data, competitive activity, and recommend sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with P&L execution, ROI analysis, and budgetary control
