We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed and provide expert support across our organisation. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional advice and support to managers on employment relations, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and attendance management issues.
  • Support the organisation through change, assisting in managing transitions such as restructuring, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Assist with end-to-end employee life cycle processes.
  • Produce and deliver HR-related KPIs to the Senior Leadership Team, making recommendations based on findings.
  • Maintain and update company people policies in line with changing legislation and industry best practices.
  • Implement Performance Management Systems, provide feedback, and assist in creating development plans for employees.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
  • Develop learning materials and deliver training sessions in line with legislation and development needs.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation and Employment Law for both ROI and NI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, with balanced and sound judgement.
  • Responsive problem solver and solution-focused.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR associated matters.
  • Full Driving licence and access to a form of transport to fulfil the role.
