Position: Field Service Technician (Electrician / Variable Speed Drives / Maintenance)
Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 Basic Salary DOE + Overtime (1.5x – OTE £60,000 to £80,000) + Company Vehicle (Available for Personal Use) + 21 Days Annual Leave (Increasing with Tenure – Unlimited) + Public Holidays + Health Benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 16:00 or 08:00 to 17:00 – On-Call Schedule 1 Week in 5

Overview: A Field Service Technician is sought for a prominent provider of variable speed drives and associated services.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to join a dynamic organization that offers continuous training and competitive earning potential.

We welcome applications from candidates across various sectors, making this position suitable for both seasoned field service technicians and maintenance engineers aspiring to transition into a mobile role.

The selected candidate will become part of an expanding team tasked with executing scheduled services, troubleshooting repairs, and implementing planned enhancements at client locations.

You will engage with diverse industries, including manufacturing, energy, and water sectors.

During the on-call week, the technician will operate from home, providing remote technical assistance and completing necessary documentation such as risk assessments.



Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician:

  • Participate in on-call schedule – 1 in 5 weeks
  • Opportunity for regular overtime
