Are you a seasoned sales professional seeking a fresh opportunity?

Covering the Essex region and nearby areas, RECenergy is a leading provider with two decades of expertise in delivering Solar, EV Charging, and Battery Storage solutions to both residential and commercial clients.

Our company takes pride in its consultative sales methodology, overseeing customer projects from inception to completion.

Due to our ongoing expansion and success, we are looking to increase our sales team from 5 to 10 members within the next year.

As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with surveyors to schedule and perform site assessments
  • Coordinating installation timelines
  • Following up on prior inquiries

This role is entirely focused on warm leads, addressing incoming customer inquiries via phone and our online platforms. We seek an individual with a strong consultative sales approach rather than a high-pressure sales style.

We welcome candidates with a proven history in any B2C or B2B sales environment.

Comprehensive product and system training will be provided to help you achieve your maximum potential.

Please note: This is a fully office-based position. Remote or hybrid work options are not available.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
  • A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent telephone communication skills and strong customer service abilities
  • Experience in solar sales is preferred
