About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Early Years Practitioner to join our team of Bank Staff at Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Early Years Practitioner, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis, depending on your needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS curriculum, engaging children in play and activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and safe environment for children and staff.
  • Promote child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to the development of children's skills and knowledge, and support their progress towards key milestones.

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding.
