Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at Two Rivers Housing Careers. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective fire safety compliance procedures and controls
  • Work closely with our Head of Compliance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for improvement
  • Manage regular maintenance, testing, and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide training and advice to colleagues on fire safety best practices
  • Monitor and report on compliance performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them
