We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our compliance efforts in building safety. As our Head of Compliance (Building Safety), you will play a critical role in ensuring our homes meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) that requires a strong understanding of building safety regulations and a proven track record of compliance management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that our homes meet all relevant safety standards.

• Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure our homes meet building safety standards
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
• Monitor and report on compliance performance
