About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team at Orona UK. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts and elevators in the Newcastle and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits to ensure the optimal performance of our lifts and elevators.
  • Meeting agreed customer response times and building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Providing regular updates to the Service Supervisor/Service Manager on the status of maintenance and service activities.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues and working independently to resolve problems.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience working with lifts and elevators.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Excellent health and safety knowledge and adherence to company policies.
