Position Overview


We are currently seeking a Well Services Supervisor - Offshore to oversee our Well Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of well service operations in both onshore and offshore environments.


The role requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards set by Expro and our clients, ensuring that operational programs are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assume full responsibility for the work site and operations, ensuring tasks are completed safely and without technical issues.
  • Supervise all well intervention and service operations on-site, establishing yourself as a credible leader for the team.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the work site, ensuring all risks are minimized before commencing operations.
  • Implement changes to the work program while adhering to client and company protocols.
  • Conduct thorough checks on all equipment to ensure compliance and suitability for the operations being performed.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and ensure team participation as necessary.
  • Collaborate with onshore offices for planning, organizing, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless operations and prevent delays.
  • Engage with client representatives in a professional manner to maintain high service quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation in line with client and company processes.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in operations.
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and competencies.
  • Work alongside colleagues and supervisors to fulfill competency requirements for current and future roles.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Technical knowledge acquired through completion of relevant competencies.
  • Formal technical qualifications.
  • Extensive technical experience in the field.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
