Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in London Market insurance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance IT.
  • Familiarity with delegated authority systems and reinsurance processes.
  • Strong technical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Experience with market placing platforms and adaptable software solutions.
  • Capability to convert requirements into product features.
  • Outstanding communication, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in agile software development is advantageous.
  • A genuine interest in insurance, software systems, and problem-solving.
