The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DV8 Foyleside store. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, ensuring that the sales floor and stockroom are tidy and well-organized.
- Operate the till for both cash and card payments, handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Undertake other tasks to help the smooth running of the store, such as restocking shelves and processing stock deliveries.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
