About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Screwfix Direct Ltd. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers, providing a positive and helpful experience
  • Assist with deliveries, maintaining product stock, and collecting customer orders
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of store presentation and organization

Requirements

  • Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
