About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting stakeholders at all levels and business-wide, a passion for design, exceptional planning ability, and strong leadership skills. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the successful future of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Creative Team in delivering high-quality creative work that meets the needs of our business and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and ensure that all creative work is aligned with our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with external design agencies to deliver creative projects and ensure that all work is of the highest quality.
  • Manage and lead the Creative Team to ensure that all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required standard.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that the Creative Team is meeting their needs and delivering value.

About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Creative Team Manager who has a proven track record of leading and managing creative teams. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to lead by example.
