About the Role

This role is a key position within our Creative Operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of creative projects across various mediums. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and process-driven individual with a talent for managing complex workflows and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Account and Agency Leads to develop and manage a pipeline of creative work, ensuring efficient utilization of skills and capabilities within the Creative Department.
  • Lead a team of two to three individuals in communicating, agreeing, and managing expectations around timelines and budgets with internal stakeholders and the Creative Team.
  • Ensure consistent application and understanding of our pricing model among client-facing team members.
  • Prioritize pipeline management and work with external suppliers and contractors as needed to ensure seamless support for clients.
  • Manage Synergist, our job management tool, and oversee accurate time reporting by the Creative Department, with responsibility for financial recoveries and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Creative Operations, with a strong understanding of processes and a talent for organization and decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in managing complex workflows and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and challenge as necessary.
  • Line management experience, including performance management and development.
