Senior Associate, Client Processing Team Lead

At BNY, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to lead our Client Processing Team. As a key member of our Custody Trade Services team, you'll be responsible for supervising and managing the day-to-day operations of a small- to medium-sized client processing support team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the daily transactional workflow within the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure that the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Serve as the team's initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Associate degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
