Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a vital contributor to project teams on client assignments.
• Take the lead on specific sections of project outputs under the guidance of senior leadership, collaborating with and mentoring analysts to ensure timely and high-quality results.
• Create compelling content in MS PowerPoint for final client deliverables.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts in a matrix management structure to facilitate project execution.
• Supervise workflows for internal analysts and external partners to prepare content for client reports.
• Identify and integrate information from diverse sources to draw insightful conclusions for client deliverables.
• Conduct both primary and secondary research, including data collection, analytical assessments, and interviews.

• Participate in client discussions to understand their requirements, gather insights, and provide updates on project status.

• Attend relevant industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
• Experience working at an analyst level or higher in a relevant industry or organization, ideally within a consulting context.
• Exceptional research capabilities, with proven expertise in quantitative analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in creating content using MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills in Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience working collaboratively in a team setting, as well as independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive approach to embracing new challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proficiency in a secondary European language is advantageous.
• Direct experience with healthcare systems in one of the major European markets is a plus.
• Preference for candidates located in London.
