About the Role

The Senior Director, Market Access Consulting will play a key role in engaging with clients to ensure pharmaceutical products gain access to market and are available to patients. This involves developing a market access and reimbursement strategy that addresses payer requirements, medical, and patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement market access and reimbursement strategies for pharmaceutical products
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Provide thought leadership on market access and reimbursement trends and best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, payers, and industry partners

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in market access and reimbursement, with a strong background in pharmaceuticals
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful market access and reimbursement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
