Job Summary:

Nycomm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance measures.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales efforts and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nycomm's product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities to meet short and medium-term business plans.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and Nycomm's product portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a channel sales environment, with a strong understanding of the IT and telecommunications industries.
  • Technical acumen, with the ability to understand and articulate Nycomm's product portfolio.
