Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-time Talent Consultant to join our team in a unique job share arrangement. As a Talent Consultant, you will work closely with a current part-time employee to ensure that all duties and responsibilities are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Client Relationship Management team in providing the most suitable candidates in a timely manner.
  • Generate potential new business opportunities through various forms of lead generation.
  • Use multiple platforms to attract and engage with candidates.
  • Interview and register candidates via telephone and video calls.
  • Maintain and nurture a database of existing candidates.
  • Proactively track and manage the candidate journey by keeping up-to-date with candidates' job search, ensuring excellent communication and customer care.
  • Perform various administration tasks relating to the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Great listening skills and a naturally empathetic personality.
  • Professional, warm, and friendly telephone manner.
Package
  • 3 Days Per Week - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
  • 24-26k basic salary (pro-rata) with uncapped bonuses.
  • 23 days holiday rising 1 day per year up to 27 days (pro-rata).
  • Other great benefits including private healthcare, enhanced pension scheme, life assurance, Perkbox, and free parking.
