About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join our team at Kings Camps in Chester, Cheshire. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of swim sessions for children aged 5-17 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safe delivery of swim sessions for children aged 5-17 years
  • Work alongside a qualified swimming teacher to oversee swim sessions
  • Supervise children during swim sessions and ensure their safety at all times
  • React promptly to any incidents and follow the reporting procedure
  • Conduct a depth test at the venue

Requirements:

  • A current Lifeguard qualification: National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), or National Rescue Award to Swimming Teachers and Coach (NRASTC)
  • At least 6 months' Lifeguard experience
  • Able to conduct a depth test at the venue
  • A passion for developing children's water confidence
  • Vibrant, resilient, team player
  • Flexible and adaptable
