Electronic Monitoring Field Monitoring Officer

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role that allows you to make a meaningful contribution to the community? Do you have a passion for working with technology and a keen eye for detail? We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Monitoring Officer to join our Electronic Monitoring team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install, investigate, and decommission electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with company procedures and contract terms.
  2. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre and follow agreed procedures.
  3. Maintain and uphold company values and protect the company brand.
  4. Work a set shift pattern, visiting clients during their curfew period, primarily backshift Tuesday to Saturday.
  5. Utilize a pool car, fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet to perform duties.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of environments.
