We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Import and Export Coordinator to join our dynamic Logistics team. As an Import and Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process import and export documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Import and Export Manager to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze trade data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the clothing distribution or E-Commerce industry.
  • Strong knowledge of customs declarations and trade regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
