Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Specialist to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll operations of our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee the management of payroll operations, including UK and overseas payroll, benefits, and pensions.
- Tax Statements: Prepare and submit tax statements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Payroll Policy and Procedure: Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll policy and procedure to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders, including senior managers and clients, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of payroll-related issues.
Requirements:
- Payroll Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll management, with a strong understanding of UK payroll laws and regulations.
- International Payroll Experience: Experience in managing payroll operations in multiple countries, with a strong understanding of international payroll laws and regulations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other payroll software, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process Improvement: Experience in process improvement, with a focus on streamlining payroll operations and improving efficiency.
