From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you will play a vital role in their life.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily activities, such as household tasks and supporting individuals to appointments.
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence.
  • Support individuals with their hobbies and interests, such as crafts and sailing.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Contract Options

  • Relief

Shift Times

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life.

There is a range of different shift available for you to pick from including:

  • 07:00-16:00
  • 16:00-22:00
  • 10:00-16:00

There is also a non-contractual sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
