Asset Servicing Product Development Lead
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Product team as an Asset Servicing Product Development Lead, specializing in Corporate Actions, Income, Tax, and Corporate Governance. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the Asset Servicing Product Development strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Product team, Global Delivery, and Technology to spearhead custody product development initiatives that align with our overarching strategic goals. State Street is in a pivotal transformation phase, and we require experienced individuals to propel our business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Asset Servicing product roadmap in partnership with the head of Custody Product Development.
- Evaluate product-related changes, construct business cases, and prioritize product, operational, and regulatory modifications.
- Ensure that changes comply with existing regulations and internal policies.
- Design and refine the operational model and technical framework to enhance efficiency.
- Lead efforts in identifying and resolving defects.
- Oversee governance, compliance, and management of issues, risks, audits, and compliance matters.
- Assist in annual planning and funding prioritization processes.
- Document and archive program artifacts for future reference.
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of asset servicing products and operations.
- Proven experience in implementing change within complex environments.
- Ability to engage with clients and convert their requirements into functional capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry integration tools.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10-12 years of experience in Securities Services.
- Global operational and/or technology experience is preferred.
