Role Overview:
As a Transport Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transport and logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Utilizing various Excel spreadsheets to input and manage accurate data.
  • Providing support in all areas of general administration within a transport and logistics environment.
  • Reviewing delivery driver documentation and ensuring compliance.
  • Conducting vehicle inspections and checks.
  • Coordinating collections and deliveries.
  • Requesting quotes from third-party logistics providers.
  • Updating our internal operating systems.
  • Assisting the Transport Manager with various administrative tasks.

Shift Details:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 14:00 - 22:30

Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • The ability to adapt to various processes and tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of EU driver's hours regulations and working time directives.
