Job Title: BTR Lettings Administrator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days
The Role:
The Lettings Administrator will be responsible for supporting the lettings team with leasing, marketing, and renewals. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a high level of customer service to residents
- Dealing with resident enquiries
- Carrying out property viewings on an ad hoc basis
- Conducting check-ins and property inspections to ensure apartments are ready for move-ins
- Tenancy progression, including referencing and drafting tenancy agreements
- Processing paperwork for renewals
- Compiling inventory reports
- Ensuring lettings compliance is followed
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with prior experience in property administration. The successful candidate will have knowledge of lettings legislation and excellent communication skills.
