Deputy Care Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join our team at a Good-rated medium-sized residential/dementia care home. As a key member of the management team, you will work closely with the Home Manager to deliver person-centred care to our residents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the care team to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals and contribute to the overall success of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day management of the care home
  • Lead and manage the care team to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care home management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 per annum
