About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in West Cumbria. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Planned Movement Scheme, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients with a wide range of long and short-term conditions.
- Work autonomously with an increasingly complex caseload, providing holistic care packages tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Contribute to the development of the Physiotherapy Service, participating in quality improvement initiatives and sharing best practices.
