We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Dunfermline. As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and working collaboratively with the support team to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd Line technical support to customers and clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, including Windows tech stack and 0365.
  • Work with the support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software to provide expert support.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Support, preferably in a 2nd Line role.
  • Excellent technical skills, including Windows 10, 0365, and ServiceNow.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Right to work in the UK.
