Senior Stylist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stylist to join our team at AllSaints Gloucester Quays. As a Senior Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to customers
  • Manage the opening and closing of the store, including cash handling and keyholding
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Implement best practice and ways of working within the store
  • Support the brand leader and store manager with management responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to customer queries and issues
  • Develop and maintain a thorough product knowledge to confidently sell the AllSaints brand

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a stylist role at AllSaints
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong product knowledge and styling skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
