Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers in the machinery sector.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure product quality.
  • Develop and implement customer feedback strategies.
  • Travel frequently to customer sites across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to install and service equipment.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Experience within the machinery industry is desirable.
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice.
  • Resilience and ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
