Production Manager for Boardgame Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our Boardgame Division at Rebellion Unplugged. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of our boardgames and tabletop RPGs, ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production schedule and workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate with the development team to maximize quality and cost efficiency
  • Ensure clear and consistent quality expectations are met
  • Liaise with international printers and freight companies to negotiate good terms and manage print deadlines
  • Monitor product formats, print quantities, and schedules to avoid freight spikes
  • Analyze stock holdings and advise on reprints
  • Liaise with our Rights Manager on co-edition printings
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in boardgame production
  • Strong time management and scheduling ability
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and title management systems such as Consonance or Biblio
  • Knowledge and passion for the boardgame and RPG industries
