CTG is looking to hire a Workstation Technician to provide support for our client.

Location: Remote

Duration: Long-term contract

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, evening shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various business units to ensure that hardware and software requests are processed efficiently.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly labeled according to organizational standards.
  • Research and verify device specifications to align with purchase orders and company policies.
  • Work independently to install and relocate equipment as needed, providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
  • Act as a technical liaison in the field, coordinating with other support services.
  • Provide training to end users, explaining essential concepts related to hardware and software requirements.
  • Maintain an inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for installations and repairs.
  • Evaluate and manage equipment in accordance with IT security policies.
  • Be available for overtime and on-call duties as required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, along with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.
