We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our team at Vertu Motors Land Rover Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure that customers receive the best possible advice on vehicle components and accessories.
- Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with our logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of parts to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts or sales role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
What We Offer:

Working Hours:
