Responsibilities

What You Will Be Responsible For:

The Warehouse Operator position is vital to our operations, and you will be part of a team where Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement are core values. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Proper handling and processing of customer goods in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. Strict compliance with Site GMP Quality Standards. Assisting in non-conformance and root cause analysis investigations and documentation. Recording all damages in accordance with site procedures. Understanding Dosimetry, which measures the appropriate level of product irradiation – comprehensive training will be provided. Loading and unloading customer products from trailers using a forklift.

Continued Responsibilities

Loading and unloading totes (Auto Plant). Assisting in updating Plant SQDC boards and participating in daily PIT meetings. Identifying, verifying, and labeling customer products while placing the correct dosimeters/BIs as outlined in standard operating procedures. Processing all customer products according to processing parameters and special instructions. Assisting in the handover process to ensure adherence to all relevant records and standards. Collaborating with the team to continuously enhance Site 5S Standards throughout the shift. Participating in regular planned 5S audits and following up on actions. Ensuring that cleaning of areas to specified standards is completed at the end of each shift, with daily cleaning registers maintained. Carrying out secondary duties as per site internal procedures. Counting and recording consumable stock daily, notifying site management when reorder levels are reached.
