Job Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary construction consultancy to work on high-rise residential and new build developments. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join a growing, forward-thinking team of Architects, Technologists, and Technicians at various levels from university graduates to experienced and fully trained professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on RIBA stages 3 to 6 on both new build and refurbishment residential schemes, including high-profile high-rise and large new build schemes.
  • Produce working drawings and specifications and review/edit similar work drafted by others.
  • Create Revit models for use from the initial stage of concept design to construction.
  • Create drawings for planning, building control, and construction issues.
  • Conduct on-site visits and liaise with contractors, offering technical guidance as needed.
  • Attend and chair client design meetings.

Requirements

  • Desirable: Revit experience.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Technical detailing and knowledge.
  • Practical knowledge in Building and Planning regulations/procedures.
  • Able to work efficiently from home and in the office around the team.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills.
  • A team player with the determination to drive projects forward.
  • Full UK driving license.
