Exciting Opportunity at Michael Dyson Associates

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic Architectural Design Team in Huddersfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing technical design drawings, 3D Revit models, and planning, building control, and construction issue drawings for residential schemes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce technical design drawings for RIBA Work Stage 2 to 6 on new build and refurbishment residential schemes
  • Develop 3D Revit models for concept design to construction issue information
  • Collaborate with contractors and provide technical advice on site
  • Stay up-to-date with Building and Planning regulations and procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Design Office
  • Knowledge and experience in AutoCad and Revit
  • Strong understanding of Building and Planning regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
