Our client, a prominent Commercial Insurance Brokerage, is eager to expand its footprint in the industry by hiring a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join a dedicated team. This role focuses on leveraging existing data to foster business growth.

The Role:
You will be tasked with building relationships with prospective clients by utilizing existing data, primarily through warm, qualified leads.
Your responsibilities will include generating leads, collecting insurance renewal dates for key business sectors, and scheduling appointments for senior executives.
This is an outbound sales role focused on lead generation and refining existing data for renewal dates.
Maintain the professional standards of the organization while consistently promoting the brand's reputation.
The company is committed to supporting your professional development, offering insurance qualifications and a clear pathway for career advancement into brokerage roles.
Requirements:
- A proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
- A proven ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Experience in sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound calling is essential
- Prior experience in insurance is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided
