Job Summary

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Associate to join their team in Edinburgh. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for managing client payrolls, submitting reports to HMRC, and providing exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit monthly and weekly client payrolls using IRIS Payroll Professional, with knowledge of XERO being advantageous.
  • Submit RTI Reports to HMRC in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to client queries regarding payroll, tax, NIC, tax coding, and PAYE balances.
  • Efficiently manage joiners and leavers, issue P45s, and maintain accurate payroll records.
  • Liaise with new clients to set up their payroll and pension arrangements, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Submit auto-enrolment reports to various pension providers.
  • Deliver exceptional client care by maintaining impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely payments to clients' staff.
