Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing programmes of work, often within complex stakeholder environments. You will support the establishment of programmes and programme management offices, manage programmes of work, and support stakeholder engagement across the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programmes of work, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Support the establishment of programmes and programme management offices, ensuring effective governance and control.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including senior members of the Clients Team, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the meeting of KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of best practice in programme management, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate/Masters degree level education required, preferably in a construction, real estate, or facility management related subject.
  • Proven experience in programme management, preferably in a property, construction, or real estate context.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting tools, including Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work in an agile manner, with a flexible approach to meet deadlines.
