**Job Summary**

We are seeking an Attendance and Welfare Officer to work with our pupils across Reach Academy Feltham. The successful candidate will have a strong drive to support attendance and understand the importance of excellent attendance in ensuring that all pupils have access to their learning.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement and develop the Academies' attendance policy and monitor attendance levels.
  • Investigate and follow-up students' absence from school.
  • Support young people and their families to identify and address poor attendance.
  • Work with colleagues to develop strategies to improve attendance and wellbeing.
  • Represent the school externally with parents and other stakeholders.

**Requirements**

  • GCSE Level qualification in Maths and English.
  • Experience of working with young people and improving pupil outcomes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
