As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of autistic adult learners, promoting their well-being, independence, and social inclusion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support, care, and teaching to autistic adult learners, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of our learners.
  • Utilize behaviour-driven teaching strategies and interventions to promote positive outcomes and development, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Monitor and track learners' progress, making adjustments to support plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
