What You'll Do
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to ensure products are designed for manufacture, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and validate new manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with our wound operational franchise.
  • Support design transfer activities for new product launches, guaranteeing a smooth transition into operations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Operations to align design and manufacturing, delivering a preliminary route to manufacture.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced engineer with a relevant background, such as a B.ENG degree or Higher National Certificate. You'll have a passion for manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools. Experience with NPI and supplier relationship management is advantageous, but not essential.
