We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical systems that support our customers' complex and sensitive data and information requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
- Administer and maintain Linux-based systems, applications, and databases
- Develop and implement automation scripts using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management tooling
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems
- Continuously expand your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems design, deployment, and administration, with recent roles in technical or team leadership positions
- Extensive experience with Linux and Windows operating systems, as well as experience with containerized systems in Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Puppet, or Python
- Experience with AWS to Associate level or equivalent experience
- Experience with DevOps approaches and CI/CD tooling, including Jenkins
- Experience with designing, deploying, and troubleshooting IPv4 networking, including subnetting, OSPF routing, VLANs, and VPNs
