Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide a psycho-social, recovery-oriented service within our organization, focusing on high standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver integrated psycho-social and clinical interventions to individuals facing substance misuse challenges, including alcohol dependency.
  • Utilize strengths-based methodologies, including mapping techniques, to conduct initial screening assessments.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments incorporating strengths-based node-link mapping and recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with clinical services to ensure clients are referred for necessary clinical support and receive assistance during their treatment journey.
  • Engage in joint recovery planning, participate in clinical reviews, and maintain communication regarding client progress and needs with relevant staff.
  • Identify and establish recovery goals in partnership with clients, tailored to their individual needs.
  • Oversee the coordination of recovery processes for each client within your caseload.
  • Provide structured interventions based on identified needs, aligning with the goals set forth in the recovery plan.
