Corporate Solicitor Opportunity in Edinburgh

Jameson Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with a focus on M&A, private equity, and ECM.

The Corporate team at Jameson Legal deals with a range of complex matters, including joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and recovery. The team has a strong local, national, and international client base in sectors such as technology, funds, infrastructure, manufacturing, leisure, and retail.

Candidates for this role will need 5+ years of PQE in Corporate Law, gained within a leading private practice team or in-house. They will also ideally have experience in supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on corporate law matters
  • Assisting with complex M&A transactions
  • Working with clients to achieve their corporate goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of PQE in Corporate Law
  • Experience in supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations
